Yes, the M.D. part is very important – Rooibos has a lot of health claims but so might butter. Anyone can claim a product is beneficial but having a well known, educated doctor standing very strongly behind a product really means something. Dr. Allibone has been practicing medicine since 1971 but has found his true passion in finding alternative ways to heal instead of traditional drugs. He is an incredible man with an enormous wealth of knowledge ready to be shared – look for possible posts from him as well.
P.S. In case you are wondering the picture at the top is of our Rooibos field north of Cape Town in South Africa. The people waving are the actual Suffuse harvestors who take incredible care of these precious fields.
